في الثاني من ديسمبر 2024، نظّمت منظمة أوديسا مبادرة رمزية و ضمن حملة 16 يومً لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة، حيث قامت بزراعة أشجار الزيتون في قلب "مدينة الزيتون". جاءت هذه الحملة، التي تُعد جزءًا من مبادرة "شجرة لكل مواطن"، برسالة عميقة للمجتمع كما تحتاج الأشجار إلى الرعاية لتنمو وتُثمر، تحتاج النساء إلى الاهتمام والاحترام لتزدهر، وتُربي أجيالًا صحية، وتبني مجتمعًا خاليًا من العنف.
وقام فريق متطوعي أوديسا بحملة الزراعة للمؤسسات الحكومية والمدارس والاماكن الدينية المقدسة ومداخل مدينة بعشيقةلايصال رسائل المحبة والتأخي والسلام لكل العالم .كما وزعوا منشورات توعوية تحثّ المجتمعات على اجتثاث العنف وزرع بذور الوئام والتمكين والنمو المستدام من خلال الزراعة.

On December 2, 2024, the Odessa organization organized a symbolic and powerful initiative as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. They planted olive trees in the heart of the "City of Olives." This campaign, which is part of the "A Tree for Every Citizen" initiative, carried a profound message: just as trees need care to grow and bear fruit, women need attention and respect to flourish, raise healthy generations, and build a society free from violence.
The Odessa volunteer team conducted the planting campaign in government institutions, schools, sacred religious sites, and the entrances to the city of Bashiqa to deliver messages of love, fraternity, and peace to the entire world. They also distributed awareness brochures encouraging communities to uproot violence and plant the seeds of harmony, empowerment, and sustainable growth through agriculture.
